Concretum's rapid-hardening concretes and mortars show a high strength after only a few hours and thus allow particularly fast repairs and maintenance. The required closure times are thus reduced to a minimum.
The utilisation of important traffic routes such as motorways and long-distance roads as well as airport runways is constantly increasing. Special concrete traffic areas such as roundabouts, bus stops, etc. are also under increasing load. These infrastructures have an ever-increasing need for rehabilitation. However, such repair work is traditionally associated with lengthy closures, which cause enormous disruptions to operations and consequently high costs.
The rapid-hardening concretes and mortars by Concretum show a high strength after only a few hours and thus allow particularly fast repairs. The required closure times are thus reduced to a minimum and enable a fast progress of construction work - be it on runways, taxiways, airfields, roads, bus stops, at roundabouts or in building construction. No special machines or procedures are required for the production and application of our products. Easy handling is therefore always guaranteed.
Thanks to their special composition, our products are also extremely durable: Concrete pavements made with Concretum® Q-FLASH rapid-hardening concrete have a much longer maintenance-free service life of more than 40 years than comparable traffic surfaces made of asphalt. Thus, our solutions are the most economical ones as well. The Concretum® rapid-hardening concretes are fully recyclable and enable a closed building material cycle at the end of their service life.
