Q-CON: For fast and durable repairs
Concretum® Q-CON is a readymix repair concrete for smaller transport surfaces based on pure cement, which hardens in record time.
It can withstand full loads again just two to two and a half hours after production. Q-CON is extremely easy to use: the dry concrete is available in bags and is simply added to a construction site mixer with potable water and mixed. This means that Q-CON is particularly suitable for local reconstructions and repairs, such as spallings or joint repairs – wherever and whenever rapid hardening is essential.
In addition, Concretum® Q-CON dries extremely quickly – which considerably accelerates the construction progress: thanks to its properties, waterproofing in bridge construction, for example, can be applied after the shortest possible time. Concretum® Q-CON is characterised by its extremely low shrinkage: the parts produced with the repair concrete are therefore exceptionally durable.
Concretum® Q-CON is particularly suitable for:
- Producing parts that need to harden or dry out quickly
- Small repairs on runways, taxiways and aprons at airports
- Small repairs on concrete roads and concrete pavements with very short closure times
- Repair or reconstruction of solid railway basements
