Concretum® Q-REP G is a rapid-hardening dry mix with a maximum aggregate size of 8 mm. It is particularly suitable for thin layers and repairs of small edge breakages or joint renovations.

Easy to use: The dry material is available in bags and is simply mixed with water in a construction mixer. After just 1 hour, the material is fully load-bearing.

Another advantage: Q-REP G dries very quickly. Additional work steps – such as the installation of sealants in bridge construction or tile laying in floor installations – can be carried out without long interruptions. Due to its tough consistency, repairs on slopes are also no problem with this fast-setting mortar. Additionally, Q-REP G is characterized by a low shrinkage rate.

Advantages and Features:

  • Concretum® Q-REP G enables the repair and restoration of concrete components that must already achieve a compressive strength (fc) of 20 N/mm² after just one hour.
  • After approximately 2 hours, Concretum® Q-REP G reaches a moisture content of less than 4 CM-%, allowing further work steps to be carried out, such as the application of sealants in bridge construction or floor installations.
  • Concretum® Q-REP G is a purely mineral binder.
  • Different consistencies can be adjusted for Concretum® Q-REP G.
  • Depending on temperature and the amount of water added, Concretum® Q-REP G remains workable for about 15 minutes.
  • Concretum® Q-REP G is characterized by a low shrinkage rate, which means that components repaired with Concretum® Q-REP G have a very low tendency to crack and are therefore highly durable.
  • Depending on the application, Concretum® Q-REP G can be reinforced with Concretum® SUPERFIBER. Please refer to the product information for SUPERFIBER fibers.
