Concretum® Q-FILL

Concretum® Q-FILL is a rapid-hardening, self-leveling grout mortar based on cement, particularly suitable for filling hard-to-reach cavities. It is a single-component product, mixed with water, and is available in bags.

Advantages and Features:

  • Very high flowability (self-leveling).
  • Good viscosity (even the smallest cavities are filled).
  • Rapid strength development: Compressive strength after 3 hours is at least 20 N/mm².
  • Quick drying.
  • Pure mineral binder. Does not contain epoxy or methacrylate resins.
  • Easy to mix and apply.

Applications:

  • Grouting of boreholes
  • Grouting of rails in tram areas for stabilizing the track alignment
  • Not suitable for surface applications, such as reprofiling
